WE DID IT!!! Thanks everyone! Here we go into the final 50 hours or so!

Here are the stretch goals again. Extra art would include having full-page illustrations for all the sins and virtues monsters. Also consider adding some add-ons to help us reach these stretch goals. The add-on chart is on the main page.

Almost There! 5 days left!

Five days to go! Time to shift the hype train into gear! We can all share the project far and wide!

We've included a list of add-on prices on the main page. If you want to add something you can increase your pledge by that amount and add the item in the Backerkit after the Kickstarter phase. Other items will also be added at that time; more Game Master handbooks, t-shirts, stickers, notebooks, etc.

Meet today's monster, the Slither Kelp! Just when you thought it was safe, this ooze might drag you into the ocean.

As we continue to finalize the text, the list of monsters is quite varied. There will be devils, demons, other fiends, fey, giants, celestials, lycanthropes and other shapechangers, undead, oozes, constructs, humanoids, and monstrosities. Many creatures that have great influence in the city will be included and many that live secret lives. Three brand new humanoid races are featured; one connected to dragons, one to fish people, and one that lives underground in the Sewer District. There will be strange constructs in the Wealthy District and oozes that hide behind the scenes. The CRs range from about 1 to 23 right now. There will likely be about 17 powerful legendary creatures, including all the sins and virtues.

News:

1) We continue to share the project far and wide. Several reviews and articles are posted on the Kickstarter main page.

2) We have around 1000 people signed up for the 48 hour alert. Hopefully many of them will join the project.

3) There will be a list posted soon of some of the add-ons that will be available in the Backerkit.

4) We've decided to send out the older PDFs right after the Backerkit phase. This includes Feyland, Underworld, Between Dungeons Handbook, Hirelings and Henchmen, RPGenerations comic book, and all the World of Myrr PDFs.

Meet today's monster, the Thug Boss! This evil guy leads groups of thugs and can attack with his hook and flail.

Another Kickstarter project you could check out is 5E Monster Lairs from Cameron Wright! A mini-dungeon with five monster lairs. We try to support other independent creators.

Almost 80% funded, just over a week to go!

Thanks for your generous support. We're getting closer, almost 500 people have helped the project get close to 80% funded.

In this last week or so we'll being doing giveaways on our Twitter page  Cawood Publishing on Twitter and advertising on Facebook and Instagram. Hundreds of people have signed up for the alert near the end of the Kickstarter, we're hoping more of them will back us. Sharing the project far and wide is the goal this week!

Meet today's monster, the Handsome Devil. This LE charmer is full of surprises and could be found cavorting with nobles or evil worse, other fiends.

Kickstarter prints are great, DriveThruRPG prints are good but not the same quality. The covers are pretty similar, but the interior is where the difference is clear. The paper is thick 80# white Lynx opaque and the colors are stunning. Here is an example:

Printing House. Paper is darker, thicker and colors are bold
DriveThru, good print however paper is faded in comparison and colors aren't as bold

Almost 3/4 funded! 11 days left!

Hey everyone, before we go into our second last weekend we thought we'd give you an update. The project is almost 75% funded and in good shape.

Here are some reviews from the first two books in the 5E Monster Series; Monsters of Feyland and Monsters of the Underworld:

Awesome work by Cawood Publishing and the amazing Travis Hanson. These books are so fun! - Richard Whitters (Senior Art Director for D&D at WOTC, Previously Lead Concept Artist for Magic the Gathering)

(Feyland) The art is whimsical and delightful, and the creatures have great flavor. I love flipping through the book and coming up with ideas for fun and unique encounters. Easily my favorite purchase of the year. Highly recommended. - Gregory S. (DriveThruRPG)

(Feyland) I write RPG material for general consumption, and hope to publish one day. This is the level of quality I aspire to. An awesome purchase. - K.M. (DriveThruRPG)

(Underworld) I love Cawood Publishing's monster books! Following Monsters of Feyland, the Alliance of the Griffon describes an awesome amount of deadly creatures infesting the Underworld. Writing is crisp and engaging. Art is vibrant and consistent across all entries. The layout is very table friendly. A few more tables and maps are included than are found in Monsters of Feyland. You get a great feel for the dwarfs, drow, minotaurs, fungi, deep gnomes and duergar. So much of this book can be used in other settings too. The quality of Cawood Publishings monster books is up there with the best content producers for 5E and they have found the sweet spot with these very usable monster books. I can't wait for the next monster book in the line! - Andrew S. (DriveThruRPG)

(Underworld) “Hidden underneath the everyday world is a dark, mysterious realm…” THE UNDERWORLD This book is a well organized, beautifully illustrated, collection of 100+ monsters. I really enjoy the content! Cawood Publishing has earned my support over the last few years. It is a great book to add to your 5e collection - Don’t miss out! - Ja F. (DriveThruRPG)

(Underworld) This is the second Monsters book by Cawood Publishing and like the first a must have book, I do not think we have played a game in the last two years where we have not used one of the monsters in our games from these amazing books. - Michael M. (DriveThruRPG)

Meet another monster from Monsters of the City, Fishmongrel! This is the LE henchman of the Codfather. This scoundrel stalks the Docks District with a trident and net.
